I needed this. Thank you. I trust in you Lord carry me as I struggle to provide for my children. As a single mother things can be challenging. Both of my sons are special needs yet I’m so blessed to have them they are my life. God please hear my prayers protect me and my children from homelessness. Give me Strength as I struggle to pay the bills. Bless me to be a better mother everyday.❤️💕

I've been trying to get back on track for months, to start working out, doing exercises for my back problems, meditating again. And I couldn't force myself to start doing all of that. I feel like letting yourself down like this leads to feeling like you're trapped and you can't trust yourself. But this morning I remembered about your meditating challange and decided to do it. And when I got out of bed, I thought I could probably do my back exercises before that. I ended up completing my work out as well before doing this meditation, and I actually had tears rolling down my face as I sat with my eyes closed. I just want to say that I've been doing your meditations for years, and you're the only one whose meditation videos actually work for me. Even during the hardest periods of my life I've always felt so thankful to you in the end of every meditation. I just hope that all the love, peace and gratitude you gift to people will find its way back to you. You're a wonderful human being.

I don't know how but this challenge comes right when I need it the most! This week was one of the worst and in general my depression was building up for weeks now again and god, I couldn't find positive energy in this, but tears were flowing the whole 5 minutes with so many pent up negative emotions! I feel a bit lighter now and gonna repeat this one tomorrow together with the next video! Thank you for this!!!

Lavendaire!! Thank you. I've been doing yoga every morning since the new year, but on and off with meditation practices after. Sometimes I do your other affirmations but sometimes I skip them. I have no excuse to skip this once a day.

I always enjoy a new 5 min one! I try to meditate to start off my day, but 10-15 minutes can be difficult to fit in. These are perfect for getting my head space right before I start
