I cut down carbs to 20% for almost 8 months and stopped eating bread, refined sugar, rice and sodas 100 %. The results I achieved are amazing and I am going to share the results here .
1- My previous weight was 201 lbs and now is 153 .
2- My blood pressure was 162/89 and now is 115/73
3- My Hba1c was 5.8 and now is 5
4- Current fasting glucose is 91-92
5- Have no cravings for sugar anymore
I wish I knew these secrets years ago.
Thanks for your useful videos. Really helps. Clinic doctors made me sick but YouTube videos brought me back to the right track. I follow a few YouTube channels and got best results.

Back in April I did OMAD and keto for 42 days and no kidding I lost 42 pounds and felt great. The hustle and bustle of life caught up to me and I wound up eating convenience foods again and within a month and a half I gained 15 pounds back and I swear I can feel the inflammation in all of my joints, on top of that it seems like my anxiety and insomnia have returned. I need to get back to Keto/OMAD!!

When I cut down on rice and sugar and other types of carbs, my stomach got "flat" within about a week and a half. It's crazy what this diet will do!

It's vids like this that make you put the carbs back in the cupboard. When you cook and prepare carbs for the rest of your family who don't want to change their eating it can be really hard. I love carbs so educating myself about the hormonal and cellular processes really helps to drive home the reasons for my healthy choices and keeps me on the right path. I watch your vids after waking up early before my day begins. Cheers Thomas I really appreciate your work.🙏

I would imagine taking a break from carbs is a good thing, but being consistent on your journey is more important than anything.

I can at least say, when I lower my carbs and sugar significantly, my skin and eczema are much better. Skin is so smooth.

This video deserves more views and likes. Learning the basics on how our body burns energy is vital. Thank you so much! One of the most valuable videos I've ever seen!

The best video I've watched from you!
It's been a month since the last time I had carbs (other than veggies) and I stopped craving sweets!!! I thought there was something wrong with me cause I was used to feel the urge of eating pasta and bread all the time and because I like watching competitive eating lol.. but it makes sense now! Idk why this all happened to fast cause I've heard of other people who take months to get there... and out of nowhere, I was feeling satisfied and happy having protein and veggies. I feel like I'm someone else, it's a very weird feeling 🤣🤣 hard to explain but it's great!! Thank you, thank you so much!!!

Yes, this was great! Learning is fun! Watching this while breaking my 60 hour fast on a baked rainbow trout and artichokes. I'm on maintaining so I'm not always keto. I like to fast for 2-5 days and then ride the extremely low carbs, keto for awhile.
And the last bit about doing what's good for your body is resonating as I read a message from a friend that's my age and is suffering through years of a tangled health mess that has him incapacitated. Now he's saying he needs a new doctor. More likely needs to take charge of his own body. It's so sad.

I love this explanation, Thomas!
Can you either make a video, or link one that you already have, explaining how a fat adapted body works, so people can see the side by side difference?
This would be so useful to help explain to friends and family why I personally feel so much better on keto and how a person does feel better, once fat adapted... verses the early pains and hunger of low sugar withdraws. Thanks, so much!!

Have been watching you for years Thomas. If any of your vids will encourage people to go keto and intermittent fast to enjoy amazing benefits it is definitely this one. The in depth path to fat burning explained in fairly simple terms. Love this one.

Thomas, Thank you for all you great videos. you inspired me to loose weight, I started back in June of 2021, and I do 30 grams of carbs or less a day, and and the OMAD diet. I am finally starting to feel better. So thank you for all that you do!!

Oh my goodness! THIS unlocks something in me and gives me motivation. There is power in TRUTH that sets you free. Stepping back into keto has been difficult this time around, but this helps me!
Is their a reason it is harder second time around?

Thank you for this concise overview. I have been incorporating quarterly 10-14 day keto cycles for several years now, with great results. I’m continually learning how to do this more effectively from information on your channel.
