Using the technique of identifying specifically FOUR things we LOSE when we go low carb, was really helpful to me!
I didn’t know about the electrolytes and happened to have experienced a major mood swing (I already have a mood disorder.) yesterday after a morning of sipping black organic decaf coffee.
When the above are combined with the extreme prolonged heat we’re having here, the electrolyte issue becomes urgent and critical!

There are so many recipes out there for homemade Keto electrolytes with easy ingredients. You really don, t need to buy a commercial product. Spend 5 minutes and do some research, way cheaper.

thank you for this! yes! my main issue when i first did a low carb intake, i was getting low in electrolyte. I was feeling the “keto flu” did not feel great.. but after discovering how important Electrolytes are, made a huge improved in my energy!
