Our community has a walk fit group 3x a week and I lead the Friday group. We usually walk for half of the 45 minutes and do low impact exercises for the rest. I lead the Friday group and we follow your chair yoga videos on an overhead screen. Our group loves you! We followed this video this morning.

I love this workout as well as all your others I have tried. I love how you keep us in check and remind us of correct body mechanics. Thank you for doing these videos for those f us who can’t do floor exercises. I hope to get to standing one’s eventually.

Thank you so much! I do have one question. What is an alternative for shoulder rolls? I always skip those, as I find my neck and shoulders become very tense when doing them.
