I got up to a late start today morning and had to skip my daily workout as a result. Sitting at work I was feeling really stiff so decided to do this and I feel much better. Thanks 🙏🏼

Loved this for a quick morning stretch before getting my work day started. I work from home so movement is bare minimum. This reminds me to be mindful of my body and what it needs to be healthy, whole, and without pain. Thank you!
