Thank you for joining me for this seated chair yoga class. You will feel energized yet relaxed after completing these dynamic movements. This is a great 25 minute workout that is perfect for seniors and beginners or for anyone who is not comfortable getting on the floor. I love your chair yoga and chair Pilates. I have been working out with you for few months now. Yesterday, when I was giving myself a pedicure, I realized for the first time that my hips did not hurt. Must be that figure 4 leg stretch we do! I'm 77 years old and find myself laughing when I'm walking down the street, telling myself "shoulders down and back". Thank you!

Loved your class. I taught yoga for many years (about 15). I had to quit due to multiple joint replacements. I’m now 73 yrs old. This routine is perfect for me.

This Is exactly what I was looking for. A chair yoga that covers the entire body in a relaxing but good stretch kind of way. Many other sites rely too heavy on arms. these movements are basically the floor exercises my Dr recommened for lower back and hip pain. I cant get down on the floor good so these are perfect. So happy I found this and have shared it. Thank YOU

I'm only in my 30s but years of chronic pain and illness has made it really difficult to maintain any sort of regular exercise habit. Even after I had surgery 4 years ago and resolved the source of my pain, I've still found it challenging. In June I realised it was easier to motivate myself with chair yoga! And I'm proud to say that with your workouts (and this one in particular) I've managed to get some yoga in 3-4 times a week for the past few months!! I feel so much better!! Now whenever I start feeling a bit stiff and sore, I just think, time for my favourite chair yoga video!! Thank you so much Lauren ❤

Thank you. This is great. I am 73 and recently fractured my right leg. My body has been getting stiff from so much sitting ( obviously, I cannot get in the pool for my usual water aerobics), so I am hoping this program will keep me going until I am healed.

At last! I've been searching for something following knee replacement surgery as I can not do full yoga again at this point. I miss it so much and now I've found you and this is wonderful to stretch and breathe fully once again as much as possible. I'm 73 years old and look forward to continuing to get more flexible, stronger and hopefully one day return to yoga. Unfortunately I need my other knee replaced as well so it will be some time before I can do that! Thank you!!!
