Great Video Like I said Before . One nitpick I would Mention is at the 5:18 Mark they have you put you hand on your opposite knee and stretch the opposite arm over your head bet they fail to do the opposite side and jump straight to the next movement. I pause for a few seconds and do the other side before continuing on with the video!

Just starting chair yoga. Don’t currently exercise. Found this to be a good stretch for a 69 year old beginner with fibromyalgia.

This is my first try at yoga for a very long time. I am a senior now and could never get through other 'beginner yoga' routines, but though it wasn't easy, I got through it and more importantly, I liked it and felt good at the end. Thank you. I'm going to check your channel for more senior/beginner routines.

Just did my first "session". Lol, I realized how inflexible I am at the moment, but that is going to change!! I have had different health issues... And needed help and support 🙏. Thank you so much for this lovely video. I was diagnosed with MS a while back and have been trying different things to help with my mobility. This is a quick exercise I can do while sitting at my desk at work or at home between water aerobics classes. Namaste!
