I am seventy years old and was looking for some kind of sitting exercises. So far all yoga classes I found in our area and society, are all regular ones with sitting on the floors and bending of the knees. I can't sit on the floor or put any kind of pressure as my knee cap is very weak. So this was really helpful. Thanks so much Saurabh. God bless you.
