30 Minute walking workout today......,Ready for a low impact indoor walking workout? I have you covered today. Walking workout for weight loss that is still low back friendly, low impact, and fun. This is great for all Fitness levels and easy to customize. Great as a beginners workout, Seniors chair workout, seated weight loss workout, or cardio workout for seniors this seated chair walking workout is an awesome workout for anyone. Our biggest goal today is to get that heart rate up to a comfortably increased level allowing us to get those fat burning workout benefits today. I don't want that to be the end of it today though. We are also working in a bit of muscle toning, arm slimming exercises, and leg strengthening + leg toning exercises. We also add in gentle wrist strengthening exercises, arm fat exercises, foot strength exercises, and ankle strength exercise. We have a bit of seated ab toning exercises. This is a cardio with weights or a no equipment at home workout and that helps keep set up easy. Low Impact Exercises today keeps impact and weight off of the joints and we work to improve joint health and joint mobility. Get those comfy shoes on and let's get our steps in!

I did this one this afternoon, after strength training and doing cardio intervals in the morning. This workout was a great addition. The workout went by fast to me😊

Day 7 - 09-07-24 - I'm on a roll, Jessica! I didn't use ankle weights but did use 1 lb weights in hands. Had to moderate it a little but kept the pace and concentrated on form. I'm sweating buckets here! You make such a difference in my life! Thank you!
