The 30 minute workout: each exercise is performed for 40s and followed by 20s rest. It’s a circuit, so we complete Move 1 to 10 and then repeat it 3 times! Feel free to go for 1 or 2 rounds if you’re just starting out (:

1. Jack to high knee
2. Assisted press-up to sit back
3. Squat to punch
4. Squat thrust to heel tap
5. Overhead squat with arm drive
6. Plank walk in to pike
7. Kneel to high knee
8. Bear to knee tap
9. Alternating knee strikes
10. Assisted side plank crunches

Family ♥️ Just remember that you don't have to go for all 3 rounds right away!

This workout's yours to tailor however pushes you and feels right: if that's 1 or 2 rounds to start with, then do your thing! I'm sure you'll be crushing the whole workout with a little practice! ♥️

How can a workout be so brutal yet so still manageable at the same time??!! I love how Natacha paces her workouts and not just go all cray with burpees and jump lunges yada yada. Best part is that it still gets the hard work in!!

For anyone finding this difficult, last month I could hardly do 2 rounds of this and now can do all 3 (it's still hard for me but it's a lot of improvement!) keep going!!!

Just did this now, just about managed to do all three rounds without pausing the video to my surprise, BUT haven't felt this dead for a while after a workout! Thanks for making these types of videos!!
