▸ Equipment: Dumbbells (I'm using 2 x 4kg dumbbells for your reference)

Workout:
▸ WARM UP 30 sec on, no rest
▸ CORE ACTIVATION 🔥 30 sec on, no rest
▸ LEG TONING 🔥 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ UPPER BODY TONING 🔥 40 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ OBLIQUES 🔥 30 sec on, 1no rest
▸ FINISHER 🔥 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ FINAL PLANK HOLD 🔥 2 min
▸ COOL DOWN 30 sec on, 10 sec off

Its honestly so refreshing to see someone in fitness rewearing sets/ workout gear. Anna finds things she looks and feels great in and keeps them around. So so many you just never see the clothes again its wild

I’ve been struggling with my weight since having a baby 4 yrs ago and finally decided to get a handle on it. I’ve been intermittent fasting and choosing healthier foods/portions, and following your workouts 2-4 times a week. I’m already 10 lbs down 3 weeks in and I’ve found your workouts to be an amazing resource. I love the music, that all the moves are straight forward, that there’s timers. I’ve had to modify some moves as I go, but the workouts are a struggle and I’m feeling stronger every day. Thanks for making these amazing resources!

I watch this channel all the time. I love how real and honest you are! I was sitting on the couch, keeping it real from 4pm to 10:15pm. Normally an athlete love to workout. But have a medical condition has put on almost 16lbs in 6months no fault of mine - and coming back from major shoulder injury I was just discouraged and defeated wrapped in blanky. But I was like 10 seconds is better than doing nothing. And I did it! And I was like 'oh I got this!'...until 33%. But I kept going. Had to modify side planks w/one knee down but felt it. Did mtn. climbers slow. And took breaks during last plank. But that was all the modifications. And I got off the couch. And instead of just watching and admiring I did the whole thing- with a torn and separated shoulder (have drs permission). I rock. So proud of me right now. Now good luck falling asleep...oops. =) We all rock!

I'll be measuring my arms strength with this one. I did it the second time and I can clearly see the progress, but I'm yet to finish every exercise without breaks

It's actually a burn 🔥. Advanced level, I am saying this from bottom of my heart. You are a star. I was so pumped that I hardly managed the last 2 minutes plank hold challenge. Incredible 😊

This turned out to be a little too above my current level. Had to stop at 66% because my arms couldn't take it. Curious to try this again in a few months!

Heyyy, I did it on Monday and it's really intense 🥵🔥. This spider push up and toe tap was new for me but I liked it so much and I also could do it. Please add it again in your next workout 🥺🧡. And I really like your advanced workouts. Please do more of them ❤❤❤

did this again at thanksgiving but didn’t get to finish it bc of time. stopped at 22:41 dang this one’s a killer. haven’t worked out in a few weeks bc of stuff and dang. good luck next year

That was intense!! The spider push-ups -whew. I didn’t hold the Plank challenge the whole time, but I will do this one again and hopefully hold it the whole time! Loving these more advanced workouts. Thanks Anna!!

Been exercising at home since pandemic, and her workout videos are one of my references. I had my executive check up recently and my body age and metabolism says im 8 years younger. :). Im not super skinny as I need energy to do these exercises but visceral fat is 3. So thank you so much for these kind of videos!!!!
