I have been following you for four months. I like your exercises because they are gentle and I can do them easily. I feel rejuvenated after doing the exercises. I used to wonder what kind of exercises should I do to loose belly fat as I am over 50. After watching your videos I became sure that I can do the exercises and they have helped me. Natasha for the first time I have a routine that I can actually find and do and hopefully in time it will reduce my muscle pain which is a lot more serious than I realized how much is from age arthritis or covid log haulers I'm not sure but I'm looking forward to further recovery
