Join me for a low-impact indoor walking workout that combines cardio with strength training for maximum fitness results. In this low-impact indoor walking workout, we will alternate indoor walking with bodyweight strength training moves. If you ever cant do any of the bodyweight strength exercises, just march on the spot and we will catch up with you on the next walking interval. Get ready to boost your metabolism, strengthen powerful muscles, improve your health, and get a mood boost from the positive effects of exercise!

Don't underestimate walking as a form of cardio and bodyweight exercises as a form of strength. Sometimes you have to go back to the basics to get rid of that mind block when you want to start a fitness routine, or even continue one that you may have not been enjoying. These basic exercises will take you far if you're willing to commit to exercising daily. I can't help but comment after doing this workout for the umpteenth time. You often tell us how exercise makes you happy. I have to admit, even though I really didn't want to do a full 45 minute workout this morning, this workout made me happy, too. But that has more to do with your personality than the exercises. Keep making us all happy!

Wow I did the whole thing at 71 !! I had to spare my left side shoulder in a couple of the High reach numbers as I have a injury .. Feel great !!

Caroline, thank you from Shanghai, China, where we do this low impact indoor walking interval at least 2 to 3 times a week. I first found your video while we were in quarantine the first time in our hotel in Shanghai, and it kept us in shape while waiting for release. Now that the entire Shanghai is back under lockdown again, we rely on your videos and endless enthusiasm to keep us motivated and to stay fit. In fact, we were so loud that the neighbors downstairs complained when we were High Kicking and grunting at the top of our lungs.

My emoji is a dragon and we listen to 80's New Wave and 70's Rock while doing your routine. We play New Order's Blue Monday and True Faith, Dire Straits Sultans of Swing, Chicago's 25 or 6 to 4, Earth Wind and Fire's September, and Alan Parsons Project Games People Play in the background while your video shows on the big screen TV.

Hi from Italy! I started with shorter walking indoor from Caroline and now I am reaching the 45 minutes!!! Today I did 3730 steps and burned 1000 calories!!! So excited! Thank you Caroline 🌹
