I just love your workouts. I do them every morning Monday through Friday. I've tried so many others and gave up because of the pain in my Knees. Over 1 yr and counting with you💙🦋

Lady I like your attitude! Nobody is perfect, all we can do is eat right ... most of the time, they say 80% is good, get some exercise but, don’t kill your self and of course don’t drink a lot or do drugs? In my opinion your workouts are a good start. You’re a rockstar, please keep it up ❤️

This is one of my favorite workouts. Thank you for pushing me, thank you for switching it up. A lot of other instructors have many repeats and for me, it's boring. I love that you show us you're "bumps" in the road throughout the workout. We are all unique and I appreciate you encouraging that
