Hello! I haven’t been postpartum
for 40 years! But I needed an indoor workout because it’s just too cold outside. I do a walk/run. (Mostly walk). But I have been challenged to find something that I can do indoors. Your workout is amazing. I will follow and find more of your routines. I know that you’re not intending your workouts for seniors, but the aerobic and balance that I’ve found with your routines will keep me working out with you. Thank you😊

I’ve been doing all of your postpartum workouts for the past month, 6 days a week and I lost 10 pounds!! I hope that you continue to make postpartum exercise videos because you are definitely changing people lives. Not only am I losing weight I see a difference in my body structure and strength, I’m starting to like what I see in the mirror after gaining over 50 pounds from my 4th child, also i am 4 months post baby, started at 198 down to 169, I was 178 when I started doing your postpartum workouts... thanks again

I'm an overstimulated, exhausted stay-at-home mom, who dislike exercise (too tired), and have been struggling with insomnia (and laziness). Did this workout at midnight (energy level: drained). I've been so intimidated by many many workout videos here on YouTube (I feel so weak for not being able to complete them), so insecure about my own fitness... This video almost gave me no pressure! Pretty easy to follow, needs zero equipment...thank you for creating this video!

Your workouts are perfection. Love the music, the preview of the next workout, the large countdown in the corner, the little bell ring, and the intuitive exercises that require zero equipment and zero explanation. The duration and variation of moves is also great. Enough to sweat but not overdo it so you’re zapped for energy the rest of the day. Thanks!

Not pregnant or post parfumerie, unless 21 years afterwards counts 😂. Found this a brilliant way to increase my steps and really feeling the work afterwards, hoping this will help to tone up my flabby belly too. Thank you I will definitely be repeating this workout

I have been doing your workouts for awhile now. Never had children, but had stage 4 lymphoma and while awaiting chemo, my colon perforated (badly—the surgeon said exploded.) had a couple surgeries to deal with that. Also did chemo and am now cancer free. I have always been physically fit, but the whole experience really took it out of me. Exercising with your videos has helped me heal and regain my strength. They’ve also really helped get my abdominal muscle tone back. Thank you for all you do.

I am not pregnant nor postpartum. I commend any woman who is either and doing this workout are rock stars. I am a 64yr old post both foot and ankle repairs. This workout was awesome. Felt every muscle got a wake up call. I recommend this workout for all of us, men too, that require low impact. Great cardio and burned some calories. Thank you. Will definitely look forward to more programs like this.
