I really appreciate this workout so much! I normally walk on our treadmill at home and now that we’re out of town for a few days I was wondering what I was going to do to keep my exercise routine going. I’m so glad that I found your workout! And one thing I really want to applaud you for is the fact that you include stretching at the end of the video. As a former fitness instructor myself (years ago) I know the importance of stretching after a workout and I’m always disappointed when I see fitness people on YouTube that never include stretching at the end. So THANK YOU!! :)

Using this as my post-Christmas workout to lose the weight I've gained! I love your energy! Even when I was tired I had the drive that kept me going up until the end! It's hard to keep up with the rhythm sometimes but I'm feeling satisfied regardless! Definitely subscribing to your channel :)
