Hiii

So happy you’re here :) welcome to DAY 7 of the 14 day pilates valentines day workout challenge!! I am so excited to be doing a little challenge where we can all do it together and feel our most energised, happy and confident by the end of it!

How the challenge works: I will be posting 7 workouts and then on day 8, you start again with the first workout of the challenge posted (day 1- 10 min ab workout)!

just finished day 7 and this is truly amazing. i never wanted to do heavy workouts and just wanted to slim and tone so i tried this after seeing one of your tiktoks and i can say it works! already seeing a big difference. thank you for these!!!

I just finish this workout for two weeks and I love the results🥺

Before:
145cm 48kg
Stomach 68cm
Hip 86cm
Thighs 52cm
Arms 27cm

After one week:
145cm 48kg
Stomach 66cm
Hip 84cm
Thighs 48cm
Arm 25cm

After two weeks:
145cm 45kg
Stomach 65cm
Hip 83cm
Thighs 47cm
Arms 24cm

I’m doing this with no deficit calorie, I eat everything. And now I’m doing another pillates challenge from this channel. LOVE YOUU!!❤️

This is the first time I actually finish a challenge and i can definitely say that i see a huge difference, I definitely toned and my body feels amazing. Thank you lidia soo muchh
