Day 1 of starting Pilates and I didn’t realize how hard this would be😭 halfway through my legs were burning! I’m going to keep doing this workout until it gets easier for me

I’ve done some of Nicole’s intermediate classes and found this just as hard! If you are a beginner, this is tough so don’t give up!!

I have never in my life enjoyed exercise. I'm autistic and have adhd. I've always struggled not only to be engaged but to enjoy the workout itself. Until now. THANKYOU Nicole for all you do. I've never in my life enjoyed moving my body, feeling my strength grow and sticking to it. I really am grateful for creating a workout that I'm confident to try and not be embarrassed to workout at home. I can't really quite explain it but just thankyou. ❤️

Ok this was my first time EVER doing Pilates and this was definitly NOT beginner friendly omggg. But it felt really goood!!! I'll try really hard to continue exercising a bit more!

I do this twice daily. Morning and night. It has helped me build strength! Also couldn’t finish without breaks when I first started, now I feel the burn but I’m able to keep going.. no breaks. Thank you so much, Nicole.❤

I felt this everywhere!! I thought that I was working out doing abs and legs exercises properly. But dang!! Pilates does humble you. I had to rest a few times on the legs portion. The abs and the side planks weren’t that bad but I felt it so bad. My whole body feels so much better after a few minutes. Feels like I can get back to actually feeling better at working out. Thank you! I will do this everyday and challenge myself to finishing the whole workout without resting.

Btw if anyone is wondering, I am currently trying to get back into shape after two back to back pregnancies. It’s been 15 months postpartum. I will update y’all on my journey.
I will actually do this workout everyday.

Perfect way to come back to workout while recovering from a 4-day fever. 😌 Even when being at an intermediate/advance level, it always feels nice to do beginner level and focus on breathing and have a good control

Day 1: hurt a little but wasnt that bad
Day 2: burns more than yesterday 😮‍💨 but still not horrible, super sweaty tho!
Day 3: realllyyy felt the burn in my legs today but it's worth it 🔥
Day 4: really was breathing heavy today!
Day 5: my legs were burninggg during the lunges
Day 6: feels like my legs are getting stronger!
Day 7: my butt was burningggg
Day 8: donee
Day 9: had to take a 30 second break doing lunges bc my legs were burning so bad!! but i did it
Day 10: doneee
Day 11: doneee
Day 12: doneee
Day 13: doneee
Day 14: 2 weeks done!! 🎉 im going to stop updating daily but i will be continuing to do these exercises and will come back with an update in a month!

UPDATE: okay it's been a little over a month! I'm sorry to disappoint, but i haven't seen a drastic change so far. My legs feel stronger, but I think my body looks the same as when I started. Also the workout itself is still pretty difficult. I'd say if you're aiming for a month, keep at it! Maybe do it twice a day for faster results 🤷🏼‍♀️ (I do it once a day)

Felt so tired and didn't want to work out at all. Decided to just look at your videos to see if any motivated me and saw this one. Perfect for a tired day when I just needed to get my body moving!
