Best tip for fatloss is diet. A calorie deficit is key for fatloss!
And strength training like our amazing gymbro here tells is aids a lot, it burns more calories than pure cardio after all. Plus proper muscle training also grows them so less fat and more muscle at the same time aids definition!

I need to improve my fitness, it's been too long, while I may look skinny I know that I have so little muscle left. 😭 Really need to be fitter, being in this state for too long will do me no good, this is a great beginner routine, thank you!

Idk. My method is to never eat foods that aren't nutrient dense. For example, I cut the edge crust off quiche. I detest salty greasy foods like french fries. I am very lazy about cooking so I eat little. I do exercise a lot, but it really helps to dislike food prep.

Easy:

Squats
Butt kick
Knee push ups
Butt kick
Knee push up+ Squats

Intermediate:

Squat jump
Jumping Jacks
Normal push ups
Jumping Jacks
Burpees

Advanced:

Tuck squats
High knees
Diamond Push ups
High knees
Tuck burpees

And if you want to make more hard then you set time limit like you take challenge to end easy level at 4 minutes something like that
