Double front squat for me.

Mobility to keep the squatting pattern, leg strength for obvious reasons, anaconda strength like no other (thanks Mr John for the description), and upper back strength.

If I could have a 2nd it would be the double c&p

Would you recommend to really master (!!) single kettlebell before even starting double bells, or is a couple months practice with single bells enough?

C&P is king and paired with FSq you have ABC complex....put the timer for 25 min and of you fly! 😍😍🤣
