I started a weight loss journey during the pandemic and I lost 100 lbs!

I accomplished this with nutrition & exercise🍎

I don’t use the scale for progress anymore, I’m all about feeling good and living my healthy lifestyle!

Maybe go heavier with the deadlift. I find it is better to be lighter with the swing.
