This is an intense kettlebell workout and if you are short for time or really want to push yourself at the end of session this 15 minute full body HIIT workout is perfect for you! Mixing a kettlebell workout and a dumbbell workout together I have created an intense workout to follow along with me!

You will need a kettlebell and at least 2 sets of dumbbell weights to get the most out of the HIIT training in this video!

10. Side Swings
