Short on time but want a total body workout? Try this 15 -Minute Beginner Kettlebell Workout!

This no repeats, all standing kettlebell workout has 10 of the best kettlebell exercises. Think of this as a "back to basics" workout, where we'll focus on classic strength training exercises, as well as talking through form cues so you can nail your squats, swings and deadlifts!

⭐️ NO KETTLEBELL? NO PROBLEM. You can use one heavy dumbbell; follow along with Rachel (on the left in the video) if you have a dumbbell.

✨ THE WORKOUT: 15 -Minute Beginner Kettlebell Workout ✨

►EQUIPMENT: One medium-to-heavy kettlebell or single dumbbell. We're using 15-20 lbs.

It looks like this:
✔️10 Kettlebell Exercises
✔️Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest)
✔️Complete All 10 Exercises x 1 Set (No Repeats)

I'm 50 & going through the menopause & have had cancer treatment. Haven't exercised in a while, have sadly put on weight. This is day 1 of my fitness & weightloss journey, just added this onto my 45 minute walk ... looking forward to your other workouts.

Teriffic workout. I've been doing several of these and will add ones I don't do. I've found that kettlebell exercises provide good cardio workout as well as strengthening. I'm 78

Just got into kettlebell excercise and i love this workout. I workout during my 2 year olds nap and I do a 20-30 min pilates workout before this, so I needed a quick routine and this one is awesome. I do it almost everyday. I already feel stronger after 4 days!
