Greetings from the UK 🇬🇧
So glad to have found you. I've been doing yoga for a good while now but it's great to be practicing calmly with people who look around my age. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this excellent yoga video. I go to silver sneakers yoga class twice a week, but haven’t been really thrilled because the young guy who leads the class does constant repetitions of each pose and flow that make the class very boring. I am 79 and can do floor yoga although I’m somewhat limited due to my soon to be shoulder surgery but I’m going to do what I can of this video . I love this video. I’ve been looking for one for seniors for ages. So many yoga video presenters talk so much before and during the video getting me nowhere. This is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much.

This was quite a change from my normal practice of yin yoga(which I love). I think I will be rotating this into my routine. Thank you for a new challenge

i feel more confident seeing other seniors doing it. I feel intimidated when I watch those youngsters. This is a great workout.

Thank you so much for this. I am a 67 year old locked down in Italy -so far for 25 days - and we have used this and the longer version every day to keep our bodies moving. You have a yoga convert! I am very stiff with serious back and shoulder issues but I can manage most of this. I recommend it to all those people around the world who are in a similiar position. I am deeply grateful.

Thank you for the yoga practice, been doing it for a while now it really helps me with my balance and flexibility. I’m 68 and have been living with Parkinson’s for 10 years. Would recommend this to any one coping with Parkinson’s. Thanks again

At last, yoga for people who look like me! Watching 20 Yr olds doesn't teach you anything about how to engage an older body with these lovely movements. Thank you for putting this video out. And a big thank you to the participants

I'm 67 years young, with fitness and some yoga experience. This workout was just like "2 cookies"...just right. Challenging but not taxing! Thank you!

I loved this, but it's hard on my knees.

Could you make a 30 minute senior yoga session that does not spend so much time on one's knees????

We have severe knees issues, so need things that we can do without the knee bending?

I am 72. This is the first time trying Yoga. I found my leg muscles lacking and my balance difficult to attain. I will continue with this session daily until I feel strong in every sense. Can you tell me how thick the block was held between the legs? Thank you for helping me .
