Aloha from Hawaii. Wow, that is just wonderful that you have your grandmother. There are your great grandmothers and your mom doing the exercises. They’re doing wonderful. They’re kind of cute too. Hi Rashmi..I am following your Yoga videos from past few months. Must say the best videos I have found on YouTube. Request you to do some research and make video on the patients suffering from Vertigo. It will be a blessing for all of us. Thanks a lot

Hello dear....My child is 13 years old Wright 57 and height is 4.10 feet worried due to overweight...she want to have something every hour after school not Ble to put her on right path and I get hyper on her words bhukh lagi hai... unhealthy carving or else rice all time but wants to eat ....when I talk to her she understands but again after few hours same old things start
