This was my favourite yoga practice by far when you previously had it on your channel. However, this time I got SIX ads interrupting it! Every other fitness video I do has ads only at the beginning and end. It’s really jolting when you’re getting all relaxed and a car ad comes blasting on.

My mom loved this! Thank you sooo much! I've been trying to find a yoga video for her FOREVER and she hasn't liked any of them. She's active but she doesn't stretch and as a result she's experiencing a lot of tightness and now it's affecting her posture. I worried that it would soon start to affect her mobility. But she LOVES your video! She's excited to make this part of her regular routine and I couldn't be more grateful🙏🏾 Thank you thank you thank you! Truly! Thank you for this video. I love yoga, I am not very good at it but know it’s very good for mind and body. I especially love this one that concentrates on joints as I know my joints need attention, strengthening, etc. this is excellent. Thank you from Texas!!

Beautiful instructor and surrounds! I got half way through the first session and had to stop as I had pain and lightheadedness but this is due to my arthritis, head/balance issues etc.
But I am intending to keep going a little each day and hoping to get a little better each day 💓

I’m surprised at how much I enjoyed this video. I was able to keep up except for the part with the knees. Painful bone on bone in addition to weight problems. That was the only part I couldn’t do. Thanks so much for this video. I felt good enough to actually take a walk on our land which was a challenge but I feel so much better after doing so. Thanks again for this video. God Bless
