Hi Rashmi. My mom has dementia and she’s been watching your exercise platform and doing what she can. But she thinks that you e gone to her house. So she talks to you and welcomes you. Thank you for this. It helps her as her mobility has decreased considerably so the chair yoga helps. Thank you so much!!

I am 64 and following your exercises. I am patient of Parkinsons since 2018. Also I have been operated for my spine. Open surgery for sciatica in lumber in 2021. Suggest me some exercises keeping in view the above facts. Walking is bit tough for me now.

I love these leg workouts very much Rashmi! Very relaxing for I have osteoarthritis. May be this is the video you have put for knee stiffness as I requested earlier. I am 63 yrs old. I am expecting special video for osteo arthritis from you! Nowadays even people who are in 50s also are suffering from osteo arthritis.

My mother who was 88yrs use to do this everyday with me dedicating. Sadly she fell down one day n her sodium levels went down n Doctors gave up on her because of age factor. She revived after we brought her home n survived for 4 months n passed away in January. In this crucial 4 months she use to still watch Yogalate n exercise. She resembled your grandmother.
