This is an intense, full-body workout meant to be used as a warm-up for another intense workout, such as a shorter run, weight training, cross training, or even for an organized sport (or any other type of exercise!) The focus is on muscle activation and active mobility, to help you work into your mobility while also preparing it for maximum performance. This reduces strain on your joints by recruiting more muscle fibers, and makes your body ready to get going for whatever you want to throw at it.
