nice exercise, very helpful, since seniors are the ones who most need these pain relief exercises it would be more practical to feature those that can be done while sitting or upright...we seniors tend to easily get dizzy lying on our back, thank you

Thanks for this video, I have been experiencing pain in my left hip for a few weeks now. After following your instructions, my hip feels GREAT; no pain!! A Dr told me I may have bursitis and I should schedule a visit with him. NAH, I’m good now. I drive and sit a lot due to my job; but my “regular” stretches weren’t helping. Thank you again.👍🏽

I needed this today. Thank you Dr. Rowe!!! Great stretch for opening up the hips. Plus left them up for a bit to help w inflammation in the legs after.

Hello doctor I love your Channel! I however have what they call duck feet and I'm wondering if you have a physical therapy routine to reduce outward pointing feet? I believe it may have something to do with having tight hips but I'm struggling to find a stretching routine or strengthening routine to correct this problem. If you have any advice or if you could make a creative video on this topic I would greatly appreciate it thank you!
