I'm 21 years old boy, my uric acid level is 9.4, my pains starts from hip joint area, i Don't know it's sciatica or due to high uric acid level but i can't walk or stand properly, its also difficult while sitting or sleeping

Update: After 4/5 months  I've recovered almost completely, so i recommend on:
1) clean diet / healthy food
2) do some sort of exercises
3) focus on healthy weight loss

You are a magician 😃 I have been suffering with hip pain for nearly a 8 months, and the pain stays (sometimes mild, sometimes excruciating) all the time. My cousin shared this video with me, and merely after 2 (short 5 minutes) sessions on day-1, although my core muscles felt a bit sore, but the pain just disappeared next day, just like that, poof, just like that the pain disappeared next day. Even thought it was for a very short period, the constant pain (which never stopped even for a second) just stopped. I used to feel pain every morning as soon as I get up, but just after day-1 and full night sleep it was gone. I have been regularly doing the first 3 exercises (only 2 sets each) regularly for nearly a month, and feel if I continue the same for the next few months, I will gain my ability to run again. I wish I could meet you in person, and possible hug you, but thank you, thank you very much for sharing your medical knowledge with all of us in pain. Thanks.

I started my yesterday my exercises 4/30/24 and I can believe the next day I walk in three stores like home decor, Walmart and I didn't use an electric chair and I call my family how happy I was thanks you so so sooo much

I would say Dr.Rowe is God's gift to the many who could not afford medical treatment nor therapy. So far, his exercises are the MOST effective in pain relief! In addition, he has the rare gift of gab to provide such concise instructions, which only showcases his proven expertise in the field.

Thank you so much for this video. I have been suffering with hip arthritis for a couple of years. Tried these exercises and I felt relief immediately. I wear a hip brace sometime for support, but along with these exercises, iI feel better. It’s nice to have someone like you post a video such as this to help pain sufferers. Taking pain meds all the time for relief is just not good for me, so thank you again.

2:30. this move caused 3 very painful short cramps in my right hip after which I thought I couldn't proceed. amazingly, the 4th time around the cramp didn't come back. it's gone. you promised relief after 30 seconds, and it actually worked.
