I did this for a week religiously religiously and I started seeing results but then I have my finals coming up and I had to discontinue altogether :( Will definitely start after my exams again!

Im on day 26 and I still have quite a bit of belly fat BUT I do feel stronger and I lost 3 kg so far so i think im gonna do this for another 30 days! 🐢❤

Idk why but my biggest problem is being alone when working out, I just feel bored and sad when I’m alone. But when I workout with my mom I’m laughing and actually having a good time, but she usually can’t workout with me so it suckssss

I just found your channel and I am willing to start this challenge... anyone wanna do it with me?
Day 1: I found the 30 minute one quite hard so I had to have a long break between but I managed to get it all done. The 10 minute ab workout wasn't that bad but I think I'll start to feel sore later on. So far I'm actually enjoying this, the only thing that would put me of it is my schedule but I believe I can get it all in. I actually done one workout in the morning and one in the afternoon which made it a lot easier.
Day 2: I managed to get it all done and it was hard but it made me feel so much better knowing I had done it. Once again I done one before school and then one after. At least tomorrow is a rest day!!
Day 3: rest day!
Day 4: Sorry I updated a bit late but I managed to do days 4, I am a bit sore but that won't bring me down. Day 5 looks like a nicer day so wish me luck :)
Day 5: Just finished Day 5! I can't believe how much stronger I feel since the first day! I done one in the morning and one after school because it fits with my schedule and I am quite a busy person so if I can do it any one can!
Day 6: I have noticed a slight change in my body! Today was hard but I managed...
Day 7: rest day!
Day 8: I finished todays work outs!! It was hard but I still managed and I have looked back at a photo last week and I see a slight difference! I'm gonna keep on going!
Day 9: I sprained my ankle today in PE so I had to stick with the low impact exercises but I managed to do the workouts!
Day 10: My ankles feeling a lot better so I was able to do a lot better in the workout today and it felt easier then ever before!! REST DAY TOMORROW!!
Day 11: rest day
Day 12: Today was the hardest day so far! I done all the workouts for the day and I’m proud of it.
Day 13: Sorry this is late but I forgot to update this. I done all the workouts including some swimming (Because I'm a swimmer).
Day 14: Rest day!
Day 15: I was able to do all the workouts today but I hurt my thigh muscle at swimming so I had to do the low impact in the 45 minute one. Half way there!
Day 16: sorry it’s late but I did the full workout and it’s getting easier to do. I definitely see a difference in myself.
Day 17: Today was easier then yesterday and I am getting into the habit of exercising. 13 more days!!
Day 18: Easy workout today!
Day 19: I managed to do everything although I had to do low impact because of injuries.
Day 20: I was feeling better today so I managed to do all the high impact workouts! 10 days to go!
Day 21: rest day!
Day 22: I managed today’s workout and it felt so much easier. Nearly there!
Day 23: Done! 1 week left!!
Day 24: today was tough but not that bad. I can’t believe I have got this far!
I'm sorry I forgot to update but I managed to finish the whole challenge and I have noticed differences not just in my appearance but I physically and mentally changed from all of this. I really do recommend people trying this because it really works. Thank you so much Chloe for making this challenge and right now I am doing the newest one so can't wait to see results from that.

Wow this is awesome your workouts WORKS my waist was 36.5 inches and did this challenge day 20 am at 31 inches got a snatched waist for the first time..I have posted all what I did and before/after video results on my channel. Thank you Chloe!

I like how she added the time stamps and this is very helpful I’m already working out but it doesn’t work for my stomach and I get lazy and discouraged a lot
