When I started your workout..I couldn't last 5 mins..now I can do the 20-30 min hiits..which I thought i couldn't do.

Lucy! I am finally starting your workouts after many months of procrastinating and various excuses, so I'm a total newbie to your workouts. I only wish I'd seen this on 28th December so I could have started then, but better late than never! I wanted to include my personal notes so that later on my health journey I can see how I do compared to Day 1 :)

1 January: *36 years old - 5'6" - 260+ lbs - non-smoker - borderline hypertension*
I REALLY sweated during this workout! I had to do the modified version of the jump/knee touches move and my lungs were burning like fire and I was panting! I felt my stamina quickly falter, but I still kept at it!

Thank you so much Lucy for all that you do!!! <3 I can't wait to do more of your workouts and make 2021 a much healthier year.
