I really love your workouts! I love you showing us the muscles that are used and of course the modifications. I have issues with my knees so I always do the modified ones but I show the regular exercise for my students to do! Again love these workouts! Thank you!

Love these workouts... QUICK. I have a small window I workout or I just don't. I don't like workouts that are more than 20 minutes. In a 2 hour window from when I wake up to leaving for work I have to workout, get myself together, get kids together, and make sure every thing is Kosher before I leave. So, these help. I put 2 workouts together and I'm good. Thanks... I am so happy I found you guys and I"ve created a separate play list for your exercises.
