🌼🌼🌼My brain isn't cooperating to give me balance so these exercises you've been teaching me lately are really helping me at home. In addition, I go to physical therapy several days a week. Everything I'm trying to do to get me stronger as I was on life support in 2022, ended up in a wheelchair, learning to chew, swallow, eat, write my name, type, and get up out of that wheelchair and walk. I walk with a walker but I am a baby boomer and in order to get a fabulous guy that's 70 or 75, I'm going to need to get rid of that walker ~ keep helping me. Thanks 🌼🌼🌼
