This 10 minute low impact cardio workout includes a bit of dancing with various cardio and strength moves. We'll listen to Kurt Davies singing incredible music from the 50's, 60's and 70's.

On July 26, 2022, I started working out with your videos. As of today, I have lost 35 lbs. I used Fitbit to record steps and intensity and I gradually added more frequency. Your workouts have helped me mentally, as well. The music is fun and I look forward to my exercising.

I have been doing these for 3 weeks now & loving them . I am almost 67 & wasn't getting any exercise at all . Am now doing 2 or 3 workouts a day & feel so much better . Thank you 😊 x

This Special 10 minutes workout is dedicated for the elderlies with oldie music from the 50s.
As we grow older, life is beginning to fall and elderlies seem to be rather isolated. However, let's promote a healthy lifestyle and enjoy being in the seniority for all our elderly friends.
Let us engage senior citizens on social media, focus on topic that reflects their interests, health, well-being, hobbies, and family.

I just found your video today. Loved it. Exercising to music, and I'm 75 yrs old so I could actually sing along, is a great way to take my mind off actually doing what's good for my body and health. I have 15 lbs to lose, and I think I can do it using your videos once, and maybe twice, a day. Thanks for being there.

Thank you so much Jules. I just finished my first exercise. Last half year I went through the roller coaster. Pneumonia, hysterectomy and 3 weeks ago Covid. Outside is raining, so no gardening. You are my life line. 🙏🙏🙏

Wonderful music. Prompted me to dig out the vinyl of my grandparents and listen to Otis Redding. Music is the best for so many reasons. Great to “meet” another who is so appreciative of music.

Thank you much for taking the time to create these type of videos (low impact workout). I’m 61, overweight and had hernia repair surgery last summer. I had gained even more weight after because of inactivity. This was the perfect workout to get me going. Thank you for uploading this content!❤😇🙏🏼

27, 06 2023 Hi Jules, It was a good fit. Even like this I am sweating. I worked up a little bit of fitness and now I am losing it in the summer. It was very little but now I am going to lose it. 12, 03 2023 DearJules, I feel old. You say it is an easy one, and for me it is hard because my muscles feel it afterwards. I am only 51, but somehow I feel senior. Anyway, thank you for this one; it is an instant favourite. I have been doing workouts with others as well, but now I am back with you. I have saved this one into my list of workouts. I just love it!
However, it seems wherever I go I have bad luck. I had a great job and I lost it and now I am between jobs and running out of ideas. My figure is good on the other hand, because I have been exercising gently since 2, May 2022. I lost many kilos too, and I eat well and I enjoy it. But, I seem to get tired very quickly. Today, I had an hour slow stroll and that got me tired. Then I did my shopping, which I hate, and that got me even exhausted. Still, I came to do my exercises, so I am proud of me and I am happy about it. You are a great motivator with your lovely music exercises. I like these ones without talking and without weights. I am too weak for weight exercises. Thank you. I love your little end quotes or ideas and suggestions. Have a lovely night and a good sleep. Love Klári
