I just started on Monday 27th, I started off with the high fat burning 30 mins workout 2 times a day. By Wednesday I was feeling the burn on my legs and hip. I moved to this workout because I needed something that will keep my standing, I have to say this is an awesome workout. I felt the burn, I was sweating and I felt really good at the end. Wished I has discovered this channel months ago. I want to give a heart felt thank you.

I love these exercises I have a tendency to not be consistant when it comes to exercising but these exercises are not difficult to do it hits all points. I find myself doing it every day
