Last year I did all the series workouts and decided to do it again this year to celebrate my 1 year of working out & being in the best shape I’ve ever been. I’ve incorporated strength training with weights, 2-3x/wk, also. I’m 70 y/o so it’s never to late.

I'm 73 and have been doing these exercises for 3 weeks. I can keep up with this workout because it's not too strenuous. I too love no talking, love the music, and love the changing of the background, even the little room decorations . You seem like a very nice person also. Thank you for your workouts. I do many of them.

I love, love, love your workout videos! I'm 65 and legally blind/visually impaired, so class settings don't work for me. With your videos, I stand right in front of my huge TV and can follow the moves with ease. Not to mention the great song choices!

I’ve said it before. I too like that you don’t talk for 5 minutes before exercise begins. You are so pleasant and down to earth. I’m 76 and you’re easy to keep up with. More oldie but goodies exercises would be appreciated. For some reason they make the time go faster. Thanks for your time.

I was doin' the Nostalgia Two-Step all around the room! Loved singing the songs, loved makin' up my own dance steps...just felt like goin' wild!!! GREAT FUN!!!!
