This is a great and fun 30 minute video for my favorite leg exercises. Perfect for those with hip and knee pain and/or weakness. Or for those wanting to tone up their kegs. This is easy to follow so perfect for seniors and beginners! As a Physical Therapist, I would recommend this 3 times a week. All you need is a chair and a pillow. ENJOY!

Jenny's exercises are simply amazing and she really has me motivated. I particularly like the tips she gives to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly, that she explains what muscles they are working, the order they should be done in and why they are important. I find that I am exercising much more regularly since I've found Jenny's exercises and the fact that many are 30 minutes helps me to fit them easily into my schedule. Keep up the good work, Jenny. It is much appreciated.

I love how you can pair Jenny's different videos, a low impact workout for half an hour followed by any choice of leg or arm work and maybe some stretching by the sea. Great fun and afterwards I always feel amazing. Thank you Jenny

Gee, Jenny, great to see a class on legs. I’m going to try to do this weekly. I’d did a couple of the exercises on the stability ball, too. I combined it with one of the “garage door” workouts and it was just right. You are my favourite person to keep me going during this time. Our gym is open but no classes, at least until September. Thank you.

Halfway through this loud music plays and you can’t be heard I would do this and the arm video 3 days a week.

Just finished these exercises for the first time, and legs feeling a little wobbly! Having missed my classes in the UK for nearly 4 months I have been following your low-impact aerobic workouts. Really enjoy them but need to get my legs stronger, so this is THE ONE. I have one arthritic knee and a very tight lower back, so just want to say thanks Jenny for your clear instructions and explanations.

I love this for my left arthritic knee and legs in general. I am so happy you added this one Jenny! Now we have both upper and lower body!
I plan to take your advice and do this M, W, F and your upper arm series on Tu and Th. Hopefully I will have more strength to do my aerobics!

Thank you Jenny, I now do this video in the morning...I am waiting to go in for a hip operation and I am able to do most of the exercises...You are really keeping me motivated during Lockdown in Scotland..

I used this video today and there were 7 pop up ads in the 28:54 minutes, so I had to stop the workout 7 times and wait for the countdown for "skip ad".
Also used Quarantined Home?? 22:36 minutes and Isolated at Home?? 24:14 minutes and they didn't have any ads. If only the longer videos are peppered with ads, perhaps you could consider doing shorter videos and title them (for example) Abs and Arms Part 1, Abs and Arms Part 2 etc and transition to the next part with a "water break".
