Happy New Year, MIZI! I started subscribing to your channel last year, and your workouts have been so helpful. I also love the music that you use. This 2025, I followed your January Low Impact workout plan and I've already completed a week. Just finished following this workout video for the 9th day and I'm sweating a lot. Haha!
