This 60 minute cardio workout will challenge you like none other! Get ready to sweat, smile and have fun.
Todays' workout is dedicated to you! Thank-you for being a part of this wonderful community and showing up each day to workout with me. Without you, none of this would be possible.

Todays workout is sectioned into 6 sections!
WARM UP
UPPER BODY/ARMS
CORE/ABS
LOWER BODY/LEGS
FINISHER
COOL DOWN

There will be 3 water breaks so make sure to have your water bottle near by and a towel to wipe of that sweat!

I'm a 14 yr old girl. Due to my size and how I dress kids at school make fun of me. So today I decided to make a change for myself so I can be even more confident in who I am. This video was amazing and made me feel powerful. Ty so much for making this video and every other video❤❤❤

When the workout complete flashed across the screen, I literally broke down and cried. I was so proud of myself for completing a 1 hour workout. I spent years complaining about being out of shape, being unhappy, and in turn emotionally eating. But something changed in me and June 1st, I dedicated myself to change. 16 days in and I already feel so much more alive. Thank you, Jo ❤

I had a big surgery/life threatening health problems 6 years ago and TODAY was the first day I could make it through an hour long workout. I am crying, I am so happy! I have been doing 10 minutes, 15, 20 here and there CONSISTENTLY, building my body back up and it pays off! I am 44, 6 children. It is never too late! Thank you JO! You inspire me to keep going!

Jo, I'm crying as I'm writing this. I've struggled with PCOS ever since I was 15 years old and I constantly gained weight, no matter what I did, until I finally found out that walking was helping me more than these HIIT exercises! Thanks to your exercises, I've lost 5 cm of my hips, 3 cm of my waist, and 3cms off my thighs! I don't do them every day; sometimes I stick with your seating workouts, but no OTHER Youtuber motivates me like you do! your energy, your smile, I love it! thank you for changing my life, even if I'm just at the start of my journey <3

I finished it! To be honest, I modified some exercise and wasn't able to follow her pace at some point but hey I did it!🎉 I'm proud of myself and everyone who did the exercise!

This is the first time I've worked out a full straight hour. I don't feel like I've torn my muscles to bits and I didn't feel rushed at all. Also, as someone with ADHD, the constant changes kept my brain focused. 🥰

Dear Jo. I've been struggling with depression, insomnia, anxiety and an ED. Thanks to your workouts I had managed to overcome the symptoms . I sleep better, I'm in a better mood, I feel more motivated, energetic and more confident than before. I still have a long way to go but thanks to you I'm managing to heal little by little.

This is literally the best workout video for me. I burned over 400 calories in an hour. This is unbelievably insane!! I love you jo. Working out with you is so happy and positive. I can't believe I smile when I am doing things I don't like before. You are so so so blessed to me. Hope you all the best.

Helo pretty’s young lady! My sister introduced me to you with her and I were up in Houston this past January. I have been working out with you faithfully since February 8, 2023 I am in all I have went from 159 pounds to 145 pounds as of yesterday! I have shared and shared your videos with my daughter and others and everyone finds that you are fantastic! I wish you continued success and the very best of God’s Blessings! I have to say a huge thank you for these amazing workouts. I have struggled for YEARS and I mean yyeaarrss trying to lose my belly fat, more so after pregnancy in 2020. I have always been an active person, but struggled with hormone issues and belly fat. I was running and doing heavy lifting but I still struggled with fatigue, strength, belly fat, hormonal issues, and the list goes on. When I started doing your workouts and your workouts alone, well I do hike and walk here and there. But when I really started to focus on your workouts I started noticing so quickly the belly fat melting off, hormones regulating, fatigue diminishing, and omg I feel so much stronger. My clothes are fitting so different now. God Bless You and thank you so much for all you do! 💕
