It's the build and burn!!! This quick full-body HIIT style strength workout is all about building lean muscle and boosting your burn! We are training all of your major muscle groups, the legs, glutes, chest, back, arms, and shoulders!
We are using a no-repeat superset style to work the upper body and lower body with full range, tempo, and isolation exercises! To take advantage of this HIIT style, push hard giving it your all for the 30 seconds of work. Because this is a shorter workout, keeping your intensity high the whole workout will help to build that muscular definition while burning extra calories! These 20 minutes will leave you sweating and stronger!

- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5kg to 9kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy
