No repeats today guys!! Focusing on strength + cardio moves. Remember if you don't have dumbbells at home there are many alternatives you can use. I'm loving how creative all of you are getting - soup cans, water bottles....I saw someone using an actual kettle in place of a kettlebell!! lol comment below and let me know what you've been using for weights these days :)

I had to quit doing HITS at a gym due to husband has Parkinson and Granddaughter and my Greatgrandson moved in to give her another life after getting out of rehab -- it has been 3 years she has moved out and husband is getting extra help -- now it is time for me I am now 65 and these videos Heather are helping me get back in the grove Thank you so very much for these and I can do for home!!!! I have accepted that it will take me time to get back to where I was but you have given me the tools to do so!!! I cannot thank you enough!!!! You are my excercise, warrior. coach angel!

this was a great workout. i do your videos about five times a week, i did the 12 week plan also. i really like this new format that you're doing, much shorter videos. i appreciate that because time is an issue and 20 mins is perfect for me! sometimes if they're too long I have to turn them off because life is calling. thank you heather, i appreciate all the time you put into these. your dynamic fits my fitness needs perfectly. wish i would've found you years ago. xo

Hi Heather! I'm a newbie to your channel. I've worked out at home for years now and was use to doing 60 min workouts 6 -7 times a week. Lately have been feeling as energized and strong to workout that long. I had gallbladder removed and other health conditions and well I am thankful for your 30 min or less workouts! I feel like I worked my body just as much as I did when doing a full hour. Thank you and God bless you🙌💛

At the age of 60… This is such a great work out for me. I can’t do everything perfectly, but it definitely got my cardio up and kept me moving the entire time. Thank you so much
