Dr. Rowe shows how to fix popping, snapping, and clicking lower back sounds FOR GOOD.

As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done AT HOME and may help get rid of lower back click, pop, and crack sounds in as little as 30 SECONDS!

This video will be broken up into an EASY, effective step-by-step guide that's going to target the main causes of pop and crack sounds in (and around) the lower back or lumbar spine.

In the FIRST part, we're going to tackle a huge culprit of a snapping low back, that is muscle tightness and irritation to the muscle tendons. We're going to go over a simple and effective self massage that will help loosen everything up and get the low back moving more smoothly.

The SECOND part is going to focus on a big instigator of lower back popping and clicks: lack of joint mobility. Easy stretching exercises are shown that will help improve low back movement, and help with issues such as osteoarthritis and crepitus.

THIRD, we'll focus on self mobilizing (or releasing) the lumbar spine to help unlock it.

LAST, we'll focus on fixing imbalances and weakness (which may lead to pops and cracks) in and around the lower back muscles with strengthening exercises.

Great info. How often do you recommend doing the exercises (daily?), and doing them basically in this sequence? Have had clicking/grinding in the lower back that won't go away for six months. Wondering how long one might need to work at it before seeing improvements - days, weeks, months? Thanks so much, really appreciate your info.
