We all know that working in the morning is great, but exercising in the evening is equally as beneficial:
- You don’t have to deal with the morning rush by trying to fit a workout session in
- Helps you to de-stress after a hectic day
- Prepares your body for a good night rest
- Great way to burn fat, tone up and stay healthy.

This workout is short, moderately intense, low impact (no jumping involved) and is suitable for everybody!

Duration: 8 Minutes
Structure: 8 Intervals (50 secs Workout, 10 secs Rest)
Sets: 1 Set or for a longer session perform 2 - 3 sets.

Exercises:
1) Squat with Side Leg Raise
2) Bob & Weave Circle with Tip Toe
3) Clock Lunge (Right Leg)
4) Clock Lunge (Left Leg)
5) Inchworm to Push-up
6) Spiderman Push-up
7) Swimmer
8) Plank Hip Dips

Did this and let me tell you...you will feel so good about yourself your confidence level will go up at least 2% it doesn't sound like a lot but trust me do this every night and you will feel so much fitter and healthier and the thing is you don't need to worry massively about your diet because just doing this already triggers that healthy mode in your brain so you will automatically become healthier. I am happy. I went through all my challenges and I believe my end result was about 22lbs that I managed to lose. (Gained some lost some) I didn't think I could do it but I stayed focus and ate better. I went from being an Xtra Large in clothing to a Medium. What I did was buy a Medium sized dress and hung it on my wall as motivation. That was my reward for completing it. My last goal is to fit a small, so I am going to do the same thing. Ordered a small sized dress that I will hang up, do more fitness challenges for Ms. Joanna, continue eating healthy, and reward myself with this beautiful dress for reaching my goal of 135lbs. Let's

I've done this for 6 days and I see my thighs getting a tad slimer! One of my mom's friend even said i looked skinner! I give this workout

I'm not a morning person at all and that's always my excuse for not working out, I'm always afraid a workout will get me too hyped up before bed, but I'm certainly going to try this one! New subscriber!

I'm a beginner. I tried doing it, I couldn't even do for 3 minutes. Due to my overweight I couldn't do it properly. But I'll start doing it Daily and I'm trusting in this video ❤. Thanks Joanna
