Restorative Yoga Flow: Relax + Unwind (20 mins)
This 20 minute gentle yoga flow/ yin yoga class is designed to help you wind down and relax we move slowly and consciously with the breath, staying a little longer in each pose.
This yoga for relaxation/ unwind yoga practice incorporates gentle poses were we work deep into our hips and heart aiming to relieve any stiffness + aches in the body giving you a total body stretch.
This slow and gentle relaxing yoga sequence is designed to relieve stress, anxiety/ when you are suffering from burn out or have just had a long day and need to reconnect with your breath + body.
This is ideal in the morning as a part of a relaxing yoga routine to set you up for a great day ahead, or in the evening to wind down – the slow and restorative poses will calm your mind and body.
This gentle yoga flow incorporates deep and long stretches, using breathing exercises( pranayama) to calm your nervous system down and ground you as part of a healing yoga routine, a calming yoga class for deep relaxation and stress relief. This is an all levels full body slow and gentle sequence includes yoga for beginners poses that will be restorative for your mind and body- I recommend practicing it before bed in the evening as part of your evening routine/ calming yoga practice. It is ideal home yoga practice if you are suffering from panic attacks or are seeking yoga therapy. This 20 minute slow and gentle vinyasa yoga sequence will also relieve any stiffness + aches in the body, giving you a full body stretch.
