Welcome back. :) This video is a restorative practice with a pillow :) We'll be holding the postures longer to get a deeper stretch and encourage the body to relax and let go. This class is perfect for sore muscles during rest days, for conscious healing, to de-stress and to ease an overworked body and mind. Safe for PRENATAL & POSTNATAL!

Iam feeling awesome after starting your pcos yoga . I have pcos, thyroid, From more than 6 yrs . I tried many things, consult so many dr but nothing helped me . In a week I felt awesome. Can I do this yoga asanas to heal my nervous system ? Plz answer 🙏 🙂.
