Lauren, I’m in my 30’s and have fibromyalgia. I’ve been unable to find a form of exercise that wasn’t to harsh on my joints and muscles. I have been trying many different workouts here on YouTube and I just did this Pilates routine. Amazing! Not too strenuous but challenging. The pace was perfect. I’m so thankful that you took the time to make this video and I hope you post more ‘senior’ Pilates. My lower body needs the workout most ❤️

This workout was incredible! I started doing your workouts in December, and really love all of them. I’m 55 and fit, but have had shoulder tears and knee issues, so want to protect them while continuing my love of fitness. Your workouts are exactly what I’ve been looking for. Thank you!

So perfect for those days when you need a rest, but still need a little exercise. There is such a beautiful flow between exercise and deep stretch, and I truly appreciated the spa music to complete the package. 💙 thank you 💙

Dear Lauren, I m 47, not that old, and you are my favorite coach. Your fantastic videos are perfect for me to workout after a day sitting at my desk and feeling tired. This video is my absolute favorite. It is the only long relaxing video I ve found for the days when I have no energy and need a good relaxing stretching workout. I’m 69 years old and recovering from cancer and chemo. With complications, I was in bed for a year so I’m exceedingly out of shape and very stiff. I found this routine to be a wonderful way to start to wake my body up and gently stretch. Well done! So happy I found your channel. Thank you.

This gentle pilates and stretch routine was just what I needed this morning. I've noticed my calves being really tight lately and I woke up the other night with one of those awful charley horse cramps in my right calf. This workout allowed me to be challenged with my core, and relax and heal with the stretches. 😊Thank you, Lauren!
