Ideal for seniors, older adults, those with mobility issues, or beginners. Water bottles or food cans can be used for weights if needed.

I know that some people are not happy with you talking. I love it. I have a nephew who is blind, and I am encouraging him to try your programs. He is wheelchair bound suffering from Ataxia and is only in his mid 30's. I let you talk without being bothered because I know what exercise is next and I just start so I can do extra reps. It is so important that you talk to encourage people who have unbelievable challenges in their life that many people have no idea how hard their life is!

Have been doing your exercises about a month as close to 7 days a week as possible. Yesterday I noticed I now just pop up out of my chair after so many sit to stands! That was not the case a few weeks Thanks you so much for your youtube exercises!!!!

I have been rotating some of the classes this week and the cardio ones definitely make me sweat! I need to sit in chair or use chair as support while standing but I am able to do with some light weights. I also did the one to work on balance. I hope that I can stay motivated and continue with these because I think they can be helpful with my mobility and strength! Thanks for these exercises!

Started yesterday. Thursday dec 15/22’. What a great workout. Our apt buildings doing it twice a week. And I too love how you direct us and get us smiling 😊

Still doing your exercises as many times a week as I can. I am now keeping a ball squeezed between my knees during many of the exercises to increase the workout.

Jules, I'm thankful for you and your many videos. I get bored with exercise super quick so I usually look for a video I haven't done before...and find one thanks to your variety. The skill level is great for me too.
