Hi SilverSneakers friends! Do you like to dance? Well dancing can be great fun, but it also provides other benefits for your body and mind, including improved posture, balance, increased cardiovascular endurance, and reduces joint pain. Dancing is a brain booster improving cognitive skills and reaction times. Today we've got a fun 20-minute dance workout and we think you're going like it!

I just want to say that I loved this workout and I’m not a senior. I think if you are new to exercise or getting back into it, these are great ways to start. Don’t be put off by it being called for seniors because starting out with the basics is great for anyone starting out.

Fantastic workout even though I didn’t finish. At 71, this morning has been the best workout challenge I’ve experienced this year. I SHALL PREVAIL, and conquer another day … if not later this afternoon ! 😂

Thanks for this fantastic workout. I'm all of 80 years old and God has been good to me. I don't get a chance to walk so this workout is good for me. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I'm 68 and although used to be fit and out swing dancing several nights a week but have been lazy for the last 10 yrs. Feeling lousy I came looking for motivation. This is a great "starter" routine for anyone! Pretty much just a warmup for me but at least it's getting me out of my chair, lol.

This was very good for my 73 year old body. Easy to follow and decent music. It was a great way to end my workout of the day.

Im young, but after an illness made me sedentary for 3 years, my cardio is at the bottom. Every single dance routine I tried was just too tough or fast for me, but this one seems to be the perfect beginner workout for me! It also helps that you're so sweet and fun! 😊

My mum and I have recently started exercising together, but as she's 68 and recovering from knee surgery and I'm quite overweight, we've been struggling to find routines that suit us both. This is perfect for us! Thank you so much for posting this. :D

First time here, I’m not quite a senior just yet 55 on the 26th of this month. Definitely was a workout for me. I didn’t actually make it the full 20 minutes. I haven’t worked out in about 30 years due to health issues. I’m actually doing this with a bum knee. MRI on Monday. But today I started a new health journey. Doing Keto and taking some organic supplements to help me lose weight. Hopefully I will be able to make it all the way through soon. Thank you for these videos. I think I’m really going to like them. I’m also doing chair yoga.

Hi I've been a member for about 3 yrs now. On occasion I'd go in and exercise with the instructor, but I was not taking full advantage of this program. Always tired or busy, even though I'm retired. On vacation with my son and learned that I need to take time for self care. So when I go back home, that's going to be 2nd priority. Thank you so much for this program. On occasion I make it out to the gym, but not often. Again thank you. Much appreciated. 🙏

Thank you for the great workout. I'm totally uncoordinated following dance steps, and it must be quite comical to watch me going at it, but it was great fun! I actually turned off the sound here and plugged into headphones with good dance music on, and it's such an improvement over just doing it solo. I'm a multi-tasker, and it gets boring just dancing around on my own. Following along actually gives you something to do, and focus on, instead of the time.

I had my second hip replacement op in 9 months eight weeks ago, I feel unfit and fat. I haven't exercised for years, after being ultra fit in my youth. I am so glad I discovered this site today, I managed to do this workout all the way through, it's brilliant, and I will keep on doing it. Thank you!
