Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

Day 1- done. Can't believe for once I am actually enjoying a workout.

Im doing this until the 1st of February!
Day 1✅- I can feel a HUGE burn. (I did this 2x)
Day 2✅- I can still feel a burn! I did this 3x (Morning, evening and night) And got a bit thinner!
Day 3✅- I did this 1x because I didn’t feel very motivated, but aside from that my stomach started ti get a bit toned.
Day 4❌- I had a sore stomach but I did see myself getting thinner!
Day 5-❌ Still had a store stomach
Day 6- ✅ I checked my weight and I lost 1kg! I’m so proud.

I did it today for fun and because it short and I felt the burn so I am gonna do this for a week with other workouts

Love handles 31”

Going to do this until August 1!
Day 1: felt great after my face was damp of sweat!
Day 2: I did feel the burn in my core but didn't get very sweaty I was thriving to be drenched and feel as my hard work payed off after but I pushed through and still felt good after!

Been lazy last year because of pandemic. Gain a weight.. and I'm trying to get my figure back! It's been hard for me I get tired easily. But day by day I can do this! Please wish me luck guys!

💪🏽 10 days in a row - let’s see what my results are ‼️
DAY 1: Went great. I’m also doing her muffin top 10min ab workout as well.
DAY 2: Love how quick this is and you still get a burn.
DAY 3: Easier today.
DAY 4: skipped (sick from food poisoning)
DAY 5: Did first thing in the morning since i skipped yesterday and once before bed.
DAY 6: Did NOT feel like doing today but i did and I feel great.

Alright guys! Starting this for 1 week and seeing how I like it!

Day 1: ✅ this honestly wasn’t even that bad… not like I expected. But that’s good!! Ugh sorry that’s my lazyness speaking… it’s not good. I’m sure once I get the hang of this it will be harder. OKAY BYE
